The overall vision and strategic direction of the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) are driven by Mohammed Hanzab, the ICSS Group Chairman and CEO, Mohammed Hajjaj Al Hajri, ICSS Group Vice Chairman and Karen Webb Moss, ICSS Group COO.

Mohammed Hanzab - ICSS Group Chairman and CEO

Mohammed Hanzab is Chairman and CEO of the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) – an organisation he established in 2010.

Mohammed is a graduate of the British Royal Air Force College - Cranwell and has a strong career within the military, including serving as Lieutenant Colonel in the Qatar Armed Forces, Commander of the Qatar Air Defence School and working at the Qatar Air Defence Project and the Qatar Information Agency.

The ICSS have assembled an extraordinary team from critical sectors including law enforcement, international policy, anti-corruption, government and sport. Our team of experts, advisors and international specialists has a wealth of experience and expertise gained from organisations such as United Nations, INTERPOL, European Commission, national police forces, governments, NGOs and the world of sport including the IOC, FIFA and UEFA

Karen Webb Moss – ICSS Group Chief Operating Officer

Karen brings over 25 years of experience in international sports business to the ICSS. Previously, Karen spent eight years with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as Vice President of Image & Marketing Communications.

A co-founder of Transparency International, Michael is an internationally recognised expert on matters relating to transparency, accountability, governance, litigation and security.

Dr. Shaun McCarthy – CEO, ICSS ENTERPRISE

Shaun has over 35 years’ experience in the security and intelligence sectors of government, as well as in economic diversity and development, including senior roles as Director for Special Operations for Kroll and Vice President of Monitor Group.

Dr. Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros – CEO, ICSS INSIGHT

Emanuel has over twenty five years of experience in the sports industry as an executive and lawyer and was one of the founding fathers of the Association of European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL) and served as CEO for almost 10 years.

Ty Francis, MBE - Chief Global Business Development Officer

Ty works across the ICSS Group including the Save the Dream Foundation. He has previously held senior roles at the Ethisphere Institute and the New York Stock Exchange. Ty is the recipient of Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) honour from Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth for services to promoting business in Wales, and is the current Business Advocate to the USA for the First Minister of the Welsh Government.
